The staff is excellent, the breakfast excellent, the location is handy next to restaurants at the other end of town and '' Laguna Torre ''. It has fairly quiet and nicely decorated rooms with a mini-bar, central heating and a personal safe.

My stay was really good for 2 nights. Stayed in well decorated guest room with shower and a good modern bathroom. The location was perfect and handy because it was not far from Laguna de Los Tres Trail and the outskirts of town.

The staff was amazing. So helpful with great recommendations for hikes and local eateries! Plus, it was super close to the trailheads for both Laguna de los Tres and Laguna Torre. Really convenient for all our adventures!

The staff, everyone, was amazingly friendly and excellent. The room with great big comfortable bed. The selection of excellent coffee and croissants was a bonus.

Had a very very good stay for 2 nights. The location was good and absolutely perfect, the staff was very attentive! Overall it was well heated and large with all the basics.

The lodge's location is far from the center, requiring a longer walk!!! Soundproofing on the doors needs significant improvement, as hallway noises echo into the rooms!!! Cleaning standards seem lackluster, with unclean carpets and missing essentials!!!

I spent 5 nights in a comfortable Double or Twin Room, and it was fantastic! The staff were great, provided excellent hiking tips and ensuring we had everything we needed for our adventures. The breakfast was an absolute highlight, with an array of choices that fueled us for full days on the trails.

The location of Pudu Lodge is perfect, right next to the Trailhead for Laguna de Los Tres. I enjoyed the excellent breakfast options that fueled my adventures each day. The staff were helpful, especially when I needed assistance with hiking recommendations. The room could have used thicker bedding as I felt a bit cold at night. While the cleanliness of the room was mostly acceptable, some areas, like the carpets, could have been cleaner. I found the mini-fridge in the room handy for storing drinks. The Wi-Fi connection was decent, even in my room, surprising since I had been warned it was mostly restricted to common areas.

The room was spacious and comfy, and having a bath after long hikes was such a treat! I relaxed in the garden and made good use of the cozy common area for chatting with fellow travelers. The only downside was some noise from the lobby area, so try to get a room away from there if possible. 👍

The shower pressure was decent, a nice surprise after a long day of hiking. Bring your own toiletries if you prefer something more eco-friendly than the single-use sachets provided.

The breakfast was the best we've had, filling us for our hikes. Location was perfect, just steps from the trailheads!

The staff displayed really good friendliness, ready to assist with anything needed. Breakfast included options like cottage cheese, a nice touch and helped fuel our hiking days. Cleanliness fell short. The room had noticeable dirt, and essentials like toilet paper were overlooked during cleaning. With shower curtains that lacked freshness and a blocked toilet upon arrival, a more thorough cleaning routine is evidently required.

Amazing staff made our stay nice

The staff were helpful, especially Paola, Gisela, and Melina, were very good to assist us throughout our 4-night stay. We were also delighted to find out that the lodge is just steps away from the trailhead for the Laguna de Los Tres hike. One downside was that I felt a bit cold at night as the bedding provided was minimal. Thicker covers would definitely enhance the comfort level.

Great free breakfast and friendly staff, but the wi-fi was spotty. Good parking.
